Astrid Apple, red fleshed apple variety.

Astrid is an apple with red flesh. Scions I've gotten from Sweden. It has not been possible to obtain information about the apple.

The apple is in small to medium size. Is very tart at first, but becomes more sweet as it becomes more mature. The flesh is a little soft. The apple is very beautifully colored and suitable for decorative purposes.
